42″ Grate – 44″ Rough Opening – Classic Linear DrainThe TRU-LINE Linear Drain consists of a formed stainless steel channel body and a grate assembly that can be seamlessly adjusted to the thickness of the ceramic tile or stone covering from 1/4″ to 1″. The channel body features a standard 2″ no-hub outlet and is attached to the pipe using an appropriate flexible or no-hub coupling. The simple connection to standard drain outlets makes TRU-LINE suitable for new construction and renovation.

• Installation with Pre-sloped floor tray

Because we at Trugard Systems do not currently supply a polystyrene Pre-sloped tray system, we recommend the mortar mud bed as the least expensive system. If someone does want to use a polystyrene pre-sloped tray system however, that is okay, as we have many tile contractors and do-it-yourselfers that have successfully installed the Trugard Drain with different brands of the styrofoam trays.

• TRU-LINE Linear Drains are available in lengths from 24″ to 72″.
• Please note that the bonding flange extends approximately 7/8″ (2.2 cm) beyond the channel on all sides.
